Project Overview

Ferrari industrial fans ART, VCM and FE series were supplied by Kruger India for the heating, cooling and converting applications of a milk powder processing unit factory. This was a newly designed milk powder facility at WADA, Maharashtra, India, by one of our clients.

Background

Our client, based in Mumbai, is a market leader in process technology and equipment’s industry with experience more than 35 years. They provide turnkey solutions for ice cream, butter, cheese, yoghurt, fruits and vegetables, juices and drinks in the dairy and food industries.

The client has acquired the first large-scale projects for the installation of a milk powder processing line. The end customer was looking for a branded product of international quality that could be used in a variety of milk powder applications.

 

Challenge

The challenge was to have the fans with minimum vibration and noise as the fans were supposed to be installed on structural support at particular height.

The fans shall have a rigid base to support vibration isolators so that the vibration shall not be transferred to the support structure.
